The Route 66 Band plays something for everyone. Everything from rock & roll, classic rock, blues, motown, boogie woogie, and old school country. The band provides an excellent performance at clubs, weddings, private parties, and corporate events. We are seasoned, professional adults, with the right attitude to make your event successful.
The Route 66 Band plays In the Mid-Atlantic area.
Anywhere in Maryland / Delaware / Southern Pennsylvania. We are from Harford County/Baltimore Maryland. Also known as the house band at Club 66. There we perform with many national touring acts and for members private parties.

From the combination of two bands and friends of friends, evolved the Route 66 Band. Dave Rode had been playing with Russ Green (from, the Russ Green Band) for a few years in a band called the Club 66 Band. Patrick Redmond had been performing with the Red Dog Band for many years also. Dave and Patrick met, and their musical personalities clicked very well. The timing worked out perfect for a band collaboration, and after a few line-up changes, in 2004 the Route 66 Band emerged.
